From the app
- On a phone, open You and tap Send feedback. On a computer, click your initial at the bottom of the left bar, then Send feedback under Missing something you want?
- Choose Write in Gmail, Open your mail app, or copy the address with Copy [email protected].
A message started with Write in Gmail or Open your mail app already names your account and plan at the bottom, so we can find you without asking.
How soon we answer
On Power we answer within one working day, Monday to Friday. Write with Write in Gmail or Open your mail app from the app, so your message comes marked as Power.
By email

- [email protected] for general questions.
