Delete your account
Deleting your account removes your lessons, uploads and profile for good, and cancels a running plan before it does. It cannot be undone, so export your library first if you want to keep it.
Delete it
- Open You, then Settings. On a computer, click You in the left bar, then Settings.
- Click Delete account at the bottom.
- Type DELETE in the field under Type DELETE to confirm.
- Click Delete my account. You are signed out, and the account is gone. Signing in again later with the same address starts an empty library.
What happens to your plan
A running subscription is cancelled in Stripe before the account is deleted, so no further charge is made.
If you only want to stop paying, cancel your plan instead: your library stays. If you only want fewer mails, see Emails you get.
