A lesson is taking too long
A lesson is usually written in moments. If one has not moved for 15 minutes, the app says This is taking too long and offers Try again.
While it works
Under Recently added on Topics the link shows a spinner with In line or Making the lesson. Open it, and it reads Your link is in line. or Writing your lesson. You can leave the app; the work goes on without you.
A long video takes longer, because its sound is transcribed first. When many links are saved at once they wait their turn, so a link counts as stuck only after an hour in line.
When it is stuck
- Open the link. It says This is taking too long.
- Tap Try again. The link goes through again from the start, and it is not counted a second time. A transcript that was already finished is used again, not made again.
If it still does not work
Tap Remove and save the link again later. If the same link keeps getting stuck, send it to us, see Contact us.
