Plan and usage

What it shows

• Your plan card: Credits and Transcription, each with how many are left this month, and the day both start again. On your free lessons it shows Guest, No card and the Free lessons left.
• Plans: each plan with its price and monthly credits. Yours is marked Current, the others Upgrade or Downgrade.
• Billing: Payment method with your card, Invoices, where each invoice opens as a PDF, and Cancel plan. For some older subscriptions these open Stripe, the payment service we use, instead.

Your plan card on You shows the credits part in short, for example 58 of 100 credits left this month, under it 1 credit makes a lesson. Videos and podcasts over 30 minutes use 1 credit per 30 minutes. The Plan and usage row on You names your plan.

When the numbers change

A lesson uses its credits once it is made: 1, or 1 per started 30 minutes of a long video or episode. A link that does not become a lesson is not counted. Both counts start again each month on the day you pay. After a move to a bigger plan on monthly, both start again on the day you moved, and what your old plan had left is added until the day it would have started again.

When the credits are used up, the meter is full and shows 0 left until the day both start again. See Plans and limits for what each plan gives.
