Rename, merge or delete a topic

Rename it

1. Open the topic, tap the three dots and choose Rename and describe.
2. Change the Name, and add a Description if you want a note on what the topic is for.
3. Tap Save.

New lessons are filed by your topics' names and what is in them, so a clear name helps them land there.

Merge it into another topic

1. Open the topic you want to empty, tap the three dots and choose Merge into another topic.
2. In Merge into, tap the topic it should join, or New topic to make one.

Everything in it moves, lessons, notes, quotes and photos, and then the empty topic is removed. The sheet says how many will move before you pick.

Delete it

1. Tap the three dots and choose Delete topic.
2. The button changes to say what goes with it, such as the topic and its lessons. Tap it again to delete.

This deletes every lesson and card in the topic and cannot be undone. To keep some, move them out first.

Good to know

• Unsorted has no menu. Its lessons wait for you to choose a topic for each.
• The same menu has Group topics, see Group small topics. On a computer with a mouse it also has Select lessons.
• On a computer with a mouse, right-click a topic on Topics for the same options without opening it, with Open first.
• On a phone, press and hold a topic on Topics and the same menu opens without opening the topic.
