Group small topics
When several of your topics hold only a lesson or two, the app suggests grouping them by subject. You review the groups first, and you can undo it right after.
Where the suggestion appears
A card above your topics says how many topics fit in how many, with See the groups and Keep as is. You can also ask at any time: tap or click Group topics beside the heading on Topics, or open any topic, tap the three dots and choose Group topics.
Review and group
- Tap See the groups. Group your topics lists each group with the topics that go into it.
- Tap the pencil to rename a group, or turn its switch off to leave it out.
- Tap Group them.
Topics that do not belong anywhere are listed under Stay as they are. Lessons, notes and review dates stay as they are, and each group gets a big picture.
Keep as is
Keep as is hides the suggestion. A new one comes only after you save more lessons. When nothing needs grouping, the sheet says so, and if you ask many times in one day it asks you to try again tomorrow.
