Emails you get
scrollandlearn sends a few kinds of email, and you choose most of them on You, under Email. Mails about your account itself always arrive.
The ones you choose
- Monday email: the lessons that come up for a quiz that week, with Start today's quiz when some are due. It comes on Monday morning to accounts that have or had a plan, only in a week with lessons to review. Turn it off with its switch or with Stop these emails at the bottom of the mail.
- Tips and news: ideas for getting more from what you save, a short series in your first week, and what is new. Each one has Unsubscribe from tips and news at the bottom.
- Offers and discounts: now and then, and only while its switch is on.
Tips, news and offers come from [email protected], and Marin's personal welcome comes from him. Account mails and the Monday email come from [email protected].
The ones you always get
- The link to confirm your email.
- Password reset links, when you ask for one.
- Mails about payments from Stripe, the payment service we use.
Not getting anything? If You says We stopped emails to this address., mail to it bounced or was marked as spam. Write to [email protected] if that is a mistake.
