Start here examples
Start here is a topic that comes with every new account. It holds four examples of what scrollandlearn makes from a saved post, and eight short guides to the app. They use none of your lessons, and you can delete them whenever you like.
The four examples
- Salt the pasta water, a lesson from an Instagram Reel.
- Cadence beats polish, a lesson from a text post on X.
- Rebalance in January, a lesson from a voice memo you can play.
- A quote by Benjamin Franklin, a card. In the quiz it asks "Who said it, and how does it end?"
The guides
The guides are marked Guide and explain one part of the app each, from Watch this first, which plays a short film, to saving from your phone, the browser extension, what is inside a lesson and how lessons come back. The extension guide links to the store for each browser.
In the quiz
The examples are in your quiz from the first day, so you can try it before you have saved anything. While the quiz holds only examples, the card on Topics says Try the quiz. The guides come back over the next days.
Delete them
- Open Start here and tap the ... button at the top, Topic options.
- Choose Delete topic and confirm. To keep some, delete single lessons instead from their own menu with Delete lesson.
